RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return the item(s) you ordered.

Before you'd like to return your item(s), please email us at hello@etnajewellery.co.uk and let us know the reason why, along with how you would like to return the item(s) in order for us to process your refund. 


🌸 Return Requirements:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings, everything else is eligible for return.

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may return it unused, with the original packaging and in its original condition for a refund. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for returns. The returns are valid for the original purchaser only. ​

All domestic (UK) orders must be returned within 28 calendar days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not take responsibility for lost packages.


🌸 Damaged & Altered Items:

Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not accepted for damaged items.

All items are examined before shipment. If you have received an item that has been damaged during transit please contact us immediately stating your order number and include clear photos of the damage.


🌸 Discounted or Sale Items:

Please note all SALE or discounted items are FINAL. They are non-refundable and non-returnable.


🌸 Refunds: 

All our refunds are returned to your bank account generally within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your bank.
